As usual, service was outstanding!
Only took the vehicle in for warranty work and asked that the air conditioner be looked at as it was blowing hot air again after being in the shop for the same thing in October. After being there for a week the unit is blowing cold but now the radio will not work nor will the car play app sync up. Theses things worked before this latest time in the shop.
She was above & beyond attentive !!!

We have been trying to get our under warranty tires replaced for months. They have been just outside the warranty range by a hair. Finally they are within warranty but we still can’t get them replaced bc the manufacturer won’t answer the phone. The customer service rep at Honda, Courtney has been fantastic and has told us she will continue calling and working on the warranty issue. Meanwhile we r still driving on unsafe tires with my children in the car. I don’t know if it’s possible but it would be truly appreciated if somehow Honda could help in this situation.
