Service Advisor left for lunch without letting me know my car was done, waited for two hours which was my fault for waiting that long for an oil change, only found out my car had been ready for awhile after go to the service center. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service that was provided that day and along with the other service advisors.
Explanation on issues on phone and service isle were helpful.discount was a bit more than what was discussed other minor issues he was helpful.
I’m always happy and impressed with Evans Toyota Service. I’ve been coming here since 2011 and have no intention of going anywhere else.

Yesterday was frustrating. The wrong services got done in my car, which took an additional 3 hours of me sitting at the dealership.
When I left I was on I 69 and my low windshield washer fluid light came on. I was under the impression that fluids were topped off with an oil change.
Something was definitely off with the service team yesterday. Hoping that nothing else was overlooked on my vehicle.
I had 1PM appointment - at 2:30 I asked if the car was ready and was told it would be completed soon. At 3:10 I checked again and was told that would bring it around. I do not understand why it takes over 2 hours for an oil change.
John was very helpful answering questions about my truck, but also about other Toyotas I have been comparing.

Was very satisfied with Jeremy. However, I found some services too expensive. For my battery I declined for I found it too much for what was to be done.

Well timed and full service, kind staff. Only issue is car is making noise now like a bad wheel bearing while driving and breaks feel gravely when applied, neither of which occurred prior to visit.
Safety recall passenger seat sensors. Asked when made appointment have parts. Spent 2 hours and now have spend another two hours when parts in. Ugh
