Very prolonged service. We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. We were told 1.5 hours. We were there for 3.25 hours. This made a big difference in planning the rest of the day as you can imagine.
The only issue is that it was supposed to take 1-2 hours and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours.
Everyone was nice and helpful and the waiting room was nice
I have always owned toyota vehicles because they hold up very well. The service team, it's very polite and nice.
John is my go to guy…I trust him and can ask him advise on my car matters knowing he has my best interest in keeping me in a safe reliable car and it’s appreciated more than words.

Yes, I am happy the van is getting fixed. NO. I am unhappy howuch it costs. $788 to remove the bumper fix a broken wire and replace the bumper in a little over 2 hours.
