The actual service of the car was great. The cold angry man who did not welcome me, smile, say hello or thank you or have any small expression of courtesy to me- the middle aged man who checked me in and out- he didn't represent Evans well at all. I hope I never have him again. Typically the people I deal with are super friendly and courteous. This guy was like conversing with a rock.
Kay was wonderful and stayed in great touch with me to let me know any issues with the vehicle and how the install was progressing. Made sure my vehicle was to my satisfaction and I could not be happier.

The waiting area is very roomy and comfortable. I asked when I checked in if there was anyway they could get my car done a little early as I had an appointment I needed to be at and they said they would try. They did complete my service as I requested and I was on time to my next commitment and was very thankful.
Everyone at this place is so nice, I didn’t have to wait long for my car and the waiting room was the BEST waiting room of any dealership I’ve ever been to! This is definitely where I will be taking my rav4 from now on!

David went above and beyond to help us. after we left the lot we had an issue down the road a bit with a part that was not bolted on at the shop and it was dragging on the ground while driving. David came and met us where we were able to pull over and brought a tech to get us a quick fix to make it home and then he came to our house afterwards when he got off work to finish the job correctly. Great service. Great communication. Greatly appreciated.
My automobile was returned to me with greasy dirty floor mats and windshield. I need a really good cleaning and shampoo. Obviously, no protective floor mats was put down during the work completed.
