Everything was just great.
My appointment for tire rotation was at 2:00. After an hour & half Ryan checked for me. At 4:00 the job was finished - a long wait.

I had read from several others that the recall fix would take about 4 hours to complete. When my husband called to ask about it, he was told by a woman that it would only take 2 hours. Because of this, we did not just drop off the van for the service and pick it up later. We live almost 30 minutes away so if it only was going to take 2 hours it made more sense for him to just wait. When my husband came in this morning for the appointment, he clarified again with a woman about how long it would take to be done and he was again told 2 hours. He ended up waiting almost 4.5 hours and had to reschedule multiple work meetings due to the drastic difference between the quoted time and the actual time it took. We would’ve had no issue with it taking that long, we just would have liked to know in advance so we could have planned for that.
Appointment was set for 1:30 it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Either department was overbooked or someone dropped the ball. It would have been appreciated to know of delay.

Was in for a recall on our Venza. Took about an hour to complete after arriving which was resonable. Service writer was easy to talk with and kept me informed as the car was looked at.

The people at the desk very helpful but whoever tried to put drivers seat back together it was worse than when I brought it in now I have to bring it back in not happy

They took my old tire without letting me know. I'm not sure if I was going to use it, but it would have been nice to have been informed.
