Was in for a recall on our Venza. Took about an hour to complete after arriving which was resonable. Service writer was easy to talk with and kept me informed as the car was looked at.
John Geiger he was very helpful and courteous.
The people at the desk very helpful but whoever tried to put drivers seat back together it was worse than when I brought it in now I have to bring it back in not happy

Very unhappy that I sat waiting for 1hr 20mins only to find out that no work had been done, or could be done. Someone failed to order all the necessary parts needed to complete the work. Someone dropped the ball.
