Took too long for what was done. Reset the radio and download updates, oil change and tire rotation. 4 1/2 hours.
In addition to performing the usual check-in procedures, Derek went the extra mile by checking the bottom of a door for damage. He then photographed it so I could see what was going on there. Later, he sought me out to go over inspection results as well as the results of the battery test. He took care of getting the weak battery replaced by a new one. I hope to have him as my advisor each time I come in for service!
