Derek was great! He was friendly and attentive to my service needs. He even explained recommended services. Overall, my service experience was excellent. Derek quoted the service time accurately, which was just about 2 hours. Even Dave, the shuttle driver, was friendly and took me home and picked me up.
Brought my vehicle in to your service department for the very first time today. We have had ZERO issues with it until AFTER the service we received. Oil change and fuel system service. Drive out...half way home my vehicle spewed white smoke out the back and completely shut down on one of the busiest roads in Fort Wayne. Then I was passed to someone's voice mail when calling in for help. Had to call back and demand to speak to someone. While I sincerely appreciate the service advisor and his help.. this should have NEVER happened in the first place. I was offered no compensation for all the issues it caused me either. Not a great way to treat a new customer at all.
