I only had a tire rotation. First time to come there since purchasing my.2031. It took 2 hours.
The customer service was really good, but my oil change took over 2 hours. Close to 2.5 hours. I guess the service team was waiting for a part to come in from across the street. I just wish that service would have given me a heads up that they would have to wait on the part and that it would take over 2 hours.

My appointment was for 10:30 and I did not get my car back until 11:55 PM oil changes and the inspection should not take that long.
Not yet done but Derek has provided the best service I have yet had from Evans. Derek showed me the best value to keep my aging Tacoma running right. He was interested in the details and went above all other service tech's in listening to my concerns and being involved.

Derek greeted me at my car and listened carefully to my description of the symptoms the car was displaying. He asked several questions to be better prepared to discuss the situation with the master technician. This was the kind of thorough, thoughtful behavior I’ve come to expect and value from him. He went the extra mile for me after the technician completed his work. Instead of making the adjustment to a menu item recommended by the technician, Derek went with me to the car snd let me get hands-on learning while he guided me through the menus made the change myself. He said that was the best way for me to understand and remember what to do. As a retired college professor, that was music to my ears! I will continue to seek him out for guidance when my car next needs servicing!
Took 4 hours for the 15,000 miles service and to fix flat tire and take spare off and put fixed tire back on. Way to long.
