No communications on returning calls placed and no one answering the phone at service counter

Service time was too long . I wasn’t informed the extra time ( 2 hours) if I didn’t ask about it. The shuttle drive was very friendly and so good on his job.. So any way, iI would like to say many thanks to the services on my Camry. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
