I am always happy when I leave ,I get great service from John,so nice,polite, John cares about his customers ...the whole crew are always nice to be,never have to worry about your car ,it's in good hands with John.I love coming in to see John and the rest of the crew,I always walk out with a smile! John Geiger always does an excellent job of getting my vehicles on and out in a timely manner.Very good at keeping me notified concerning progress in the service area and is great at letting me know of service suggestions of what may be needed done at next visit. John is always prompt and professional in his dealings with customers.

Very expensive and not a good company practice to try and get people to replace things that don't yet need replaced. Trying to take advantage of people you don't think know better is not ok.

While the guys in the service department are friendly and attentive this is the third attempt of trying to figure out the brakes problem on my brand new vehicle. They have called Indianapolis and are looking for answers but this is unacceptable for a Toyota Land Cruiser
