I was very disappointed and frustrated to find debris and grease stains on the floorboard carpet of the driver side in my car after service at the dealership. This is not the first time this has happened, and I’ve tried to be patient about it. But I would really appreciate some more care in this department. I make a point to keep my vehicle very clean, and I would like it back in the same condition that I give it to you. John is great, and always super friendly and helpful when I visit your establishment.
I arrived 5-10 early for my 8:30 appointment. I was told 1:30-1:45 hrs to get service completed. When I texted Ryan at 2 hrs for update I never got a response. Usually I get a video of the inspection well before finishing and this time I received it just before I was beckoned that my vehicle was ready. I had also sent another text inquiring an estimated time of completion and again no response. At checkout and through the process didn’t feel like a valued customer. Was it because service being done was under warranty? Or does Evan’s Toyota not care? I really appreciated over the past 14 years of services at Evan’s Toyota the updates and feeling valued as a customer. Did not get that experience this time.
Waited 2 hrs in waiting area. Never got any updates. Went to service desk. Ryan was not around, another advisor helped me. Went back in. 45 minutes to get another update
My problem is not with John Geiger. I'm sure he will follow up with me with my damage issue. It is dis-heartening that the money, time and effort that I have put into my Toyota vehicles is not put forth with respect from the service technicians. Today has not been my only negative experience. Thank you.

This isn’t my service. I was not at the dealership today and I don’t own a Toyota tundra. They said they would give me a call back and I never heard back. The said they needed to look into it. John Geiger messed up is what happened and this is not my bill. I hope I won’t be hassled for this bill that isn’t mine. Really questioning if Evans Toyota knows what the heck they are doing. Starting to think we may have made a mistake by purchasing from this dealership. Purchased 3 weeks ago and not starting off very good.
Diagnosis missed my gasket being blown not just my radiator and water pump.
