We always like coming to these Toyota dealership because everyone is so friendly and professional! All the technicians are very well trained and we appreciate that.
I was told that my total prior (knowing that my exhaust shield needed to be repaired or removed) was going to be $262. When I returned I was given a $95 “diagnosis” fee for removing the exhaust shield. It is literally two bolts, and I was under the impression they were just removing it because they couldn’t repair it, and there would be no charge. $95 for two bolts is absolutely absurd. I will most likely not be returning after that experience.

Great experience as usual
I had called today's to see if a part was in that was under warranty. The person said yes. I asked are you sure. They said yes. When I brought the vehicle in, they were to do an oil change and replace the part. The service man came out and was apologetic and we rescheduled for tomorrow morning. No need to call me. Just wanted to let you know what happened. I unfortunately did not remember who I talked to.
She and the rest of the team did a fantastic job. You should be proud of your hiring and training systems!!
