Everyone did their best to listen to our concerns and make their best effort to promptly address them. This included a scheduled first service, trace down a slow leak in a tire which turned out to be a puncture in a dangerous place near the sidewall which they replaced with a new one, corrected the alignment caused by numerous potholes, and brought a recall iof a rear parking assist camera software up to date.

John Geiger is always very helpful and pleasant and aims to please. Even though my weight was longer than I expected, I was able to use the massage chairs which made my weight very comfortable. Thank you for having those. I look forward to using them every time I service my car.

Took a week of waiting on a part which I can understand but then when I finally got my car back the trunk came back broken. It wasn't before. It looks like someone ripped the handle off and then shoved it back on. The guy who did my paperwork was nice enough, helpful with payment even, but my question about why my trunk no longer works now got blown off. I have no idea how to fix this. 8.5/10

My oil change appointment was at 11 am and was not completed until 1:45 pm almost 3 hours later. Secondly, when checking in my vehicle I mentioned I wanted the lights checked as they were not bright and some of them were out. I also mentioned I would like the video multi point inspection which I never received while waiting for my vehicle. When finally being told my vehicle was ready I go to the service counter to pay and was told only the oil change had been done. Then I was proceeded to be told other things that were recommended to be fixed which I was told would be done prior to the oil change being completed via the inspection. Not to mention the advisor I was working with was not even the one who checked me out and to go over things with the vehicle. I did not get the multi point inspection until I was already in route home. Also got another text letting me know I could pay for the oil change 30 minutes after I was already home and paid at the shop! This was by far one of the worst vehicle service experience I have had and do not forsee me return to have any other work done here! Darkeevin P

Needed an oil change, came in for it. Guy said it’s $180, I asked for the same service I got last time for $113, his body language changed and he became visibility agitated, he said ok but that doesn’t include tire rotation, it’s $110, I said ok. Bill was $133, $20 difference from his quote…I don’t know why the staff is always in the rush, they didn’t text me my inspection details and a different employee would not explain recommendations for service without me asking to please explain it, the initial guy was busy answering complaints from other customers.
