I never received my vehicle inspection report so I have no idea of anything was wrong with my vehicle. For previous oil changes and 10 point inspection maintenance appointments I usually receive a video detailing any issues but I didn’t receive that either.

Once I got my truck back from having the recall work done and I was driving it that night I noticed my windshield wipers were not working. At the time it wasn’t raining hard but had it been raining hard it could have been a major issue. Once back at home I realized after they were done doing the engine work they forgot to connect the wipers back in. So my wipers now work but a simply thing could have resulted in serious problems and it also makes me think did they make sure to connect everything else or did they miss something else?

Good afternoon, I wanted to let you know that they didn't change the oil in my car, even though you gave me a paperwork stating that they did. They only did the alignment. I'll bring it back tomorrow for the oil change because my car urgently needs it.

1. They didn't get the right part for the repair work. They changed some filters and charged us $265 and parts were $99 and shop supplies were $38.00. What are shop supplies? Total cost $409.00.
