Honestly, Kylie was very impressive and professional. She coupled that with a friendly disposition. She was meant to do customer service.

We know that a tire pressure sensor was bad. We were given the option of paying $178 to figure out which one it was and then the cost to repair it. We also had a dashboard warning light on and were told it could be one of a hundred things, but we’ll turn it off. A little frustrating

David treated me professionally and kind. He was informative about the service. I have stayed with Evans Toyota for many vehicles over the years because of the Toyota quality but also because of the sales and service department

John is great to work with. Kevin Krouse the technician is also superb. They’re both the reasons why I continue to service my vehicle at Evans.

My problem is not necessarily with Jacob. I do not understand how a vehicle that was purchased in Sept. of 2023, and doesn't even have 20,000 miles on it has a broken exterior door handle. I have the "basic" warranty that comes with the vehicle, and an extended warranty, but I was still estimated a cost of over $450.(Which is even crazier, because on Toyota's actual website the handle is on sale for $40. We know that you guys get it for less than that as well.Furthermore, it only takes 30 minutes to an hour to replace a broken door handle. So, that estimate is completely unwarranted.) Apparently, the warranty does not actually cover anything. I have reached out to a Toyota Brand Ambassador, and I will also be updating the 5 star review to 1 at this point. They, also, put that my fuel tank was on empty when I brought it in, but I had a full tank of gas, so clearly attention to detail is not something that matters to your company either.

Over charging for parts when you can order from Toyota website and it’s cheaper than what they charge. And they talk to girls like they’re dumb.

Well, to begin. I went in the parts department, pointed out the exact part i needed. had it ordered and scheduled the install. Day comes, i wait 2 hours, and then im told they ordered the wrong part. How? i pointed it out? come to find out they ASSUMED i asked for the wrong part. Now im out 900$ because you refuse to take back electric components. The guy i talked to when i came in last basically just said sorry, nothing we can do. All i needed was my Engine bay ecu replaced. I dont think its that hard
