I’ll be completely honest I have bought over 65 GM and Ford products in the past 12 years and switched to Toyota for many reasons but this truck has less than 8 k miles on it and the mirror was cracked with no signs of damage from us as the owner it was clearly a frozen mirror and it crack during travel a flaw in the design! And I had to pay for it ! This in my opinion makes we want to rethink to why I drive from KENDALLVILLE to do business and have this take place I honestly am rethinking my thoughts about a simple mirror issue what it will be like on something major very disturbing to be honest I was planning to buy a new one today for my daughter and I think I will buy it in Kendallville and save myself the hassle and just move on but I paid the bill on the mirror but it’s simply BS and it costs you a sale today thanks Jwicker

My representatives were awesome, Kylee and John were awesome. My issue is that the service took 4 hours and is not resolved. I think it’s more of a systemic issue.

I went in and asked if I could still get serviced. I was late by close to an hour. They got me serviced.
