The bill wasn’t quotes properly. If I hadn’t looked over the final price, I would have paid 200 dollars more than what I authorized. The tech who assisted me honored the original price quoted though.

Plus - you send me a message TODAY - that my vehicle is ready and I can skip the line and pay online and go straight to my car parked outside. Really? I paid and left with the vehicle last Friday. You guys have problems.
Too long a wait for an oil change

I understand Saturday not having a full crew, but I was told it may take 1 1/2 hrs. Unfortunately it turned into a 3 hour session that I was not expecting, and except for when I went out to service and asked at the 2 hr. mark and was told it was almost ready, and yet it was still another hour.
John provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and courteous, and exact with the time estimation.

John was very helpful and thought of something we could do about the squeak of tires. This was the fifth time I have come in to fix it. As of today (Saturday) it is working. He is great to work with and always glad when I get him .
The oil change went longer on time than I was told on how long it would take, because they wete busy. They gave me a discount on what I owed for waiting longer. I was very happy. They take care of their customers.

Just seems to take a long time
John and Jerry took really good care of my 1990 Jeep Wrangler, I am very impressed with their knowledge, thank you so very much for both of them and showing a few things that I wasn't aware of.
John went above and beyond to help take care of the repairs needed, and I really appreciate that the issue has been resolved.
