Yes, totally satisfied with my experience there. I’d especially like you to know about the young lady w/the long brown hair behind the counter on this visit who was especially kind & accommodating. She came outside w/me as I was leaving and reattached the luggage cover that had come off and I couldn’t figure out how to do so myself. Sorry I do not remember her name. Also, I am 74 yr. woman living way below the poverty level. I was denied my senior discount on this visit “because I bought a plan for $299.00”. I really feel that Toyota should offer their elderly patrons their senior discount on each visit. For me, that is something that always kept me coming back to Toyota. Even though I struggle to have the funds to properly maintain my Toyota Prius, always receiving a senior discount just takes some of the sting out of it knowing that Toyota has my back @ that they can identify w/most elderly’s financial plight. I’m hoping that someday Toyota’s senior discount will apply to 100% of our expenditures made at Toyota dealerships. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts with you and for reading this. My appointment was for 2pm and I arrived ahead of time. Work did not start on vehicle until 45 minutes after appointment time.

I was very disappointed in my experience with the customer service your location provided, not through service, through who ever you have answering phones and calling people back. Took hours to get a simple question answered. Which I had to call back multiple times to even get the answer myself. I was put on hold when trying to find out if and when my car would be available for pick up only for service to call me on another line and them never to have been told I was on hold. Lack of communication is very frustrating when I rented a vehicle from you and didn’t want to be charged another day but no one seemed to care. Very disappointing

The bill wasn’t quotes properly. If I hadn’t looked over the final price, I would have paid 200 dollars more than what I authorized. The tech who assisted me honored the original price quoted though.
He was very nice. I particularly liked the videos sent by the technician. Dave and the technician both made me feel confident in the integrity of Evan's Toyota. I had had a terrible experience with Fort Wayne Toyota so it is good to know there is an honest shoppe where I can get my car fixed. Thank you
