My appointment was at noon for my tires to be rotated, I waited 2 1/2 hours. The services was good but the wait was long.

John was excellent!! He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. He presented options and explained pro’s and con’s of each so I could make my own decision on how I wanted to proceed with the repairs that are needed. I would highly recommend John especially to another Prius owner.
