Every thing was great from check in to check out
I went for my appt at 10 and after 45 minutes was told that my parts weren’t in and they had to reschedule me I drive an hour to get to the dealership so I would appreciate it if they would call me so I’m not wasting a trip . I know it wasn’t his fault but someone should have let him know that the parts weren’t in.
Everything was fine. I did wait 30 minutes longer than expected but that was because they had to locate a part.
John Geiger was wonderful, as usual. The team got to my vehicle quickly for check-in and the services were done in a timely manner.
I already had a talk with him and he is full aware of my concerns.

I was very disappointed in the technicians this morning not knowing what I was there for and when they figured it out there was no rental car for me. I was told I either needed to find a car or that they would call me to schedule another appointment and would then have a rental car for me. There was really no concern on their part or real apology for the inconvenience this was going to cause me.
The QR code on your business card kept getting an error 404 message but I did leave a review on Google. The service repair was quick and everything is working. Thank you Kylee!
