The cost of an oil change is too expensive.
I was told an extra quart of oil had to be added. That makes no sense to me.
The advertised price was short of $100! With a a 15% coupon I had to pay $110+ for a simple oil change.
All the people at the service center were very helpful and professional.
I was told when I bought my vehicle everything was covered. Now they charged me 125 dollars for alignment. Why did the sale guy and finance guy say they cover everything? Why lie to us?
For once in 4 lube oil & filter change my oil change package ticket was punch. It is on the key bobs all by itself.

Did drop off at 5:30AM for a scheduled service time of 7:30AM. Drop off box never got checked until I arrived around 3Pm to see the progress of my vehicle. It was only an oil change and tire check, fyi. Very displeased.
