John always goes above and beyond. Always very thorough, respectful, communication is on point and in a timely manner. I am never left guessing what is going on, what time my vehicle will be ready, or prices. I’m glad John is still there, that is what keeps me coming back.
My only issue was no return calls over a 3 week period of time! I live an hour away and my issue could have been remedied somewhat with a return call!

KJ does a fantastic job working on our cars! John also did a great job with communication and checking us in! I did the express checkout and I would have preferred my car keys in the car so I could just leave. What’s the point of paying online to “skip” the line when you still have to wait in line to get your keys.

The service was great. The problem I had was getting a ride back to work. I was told to get a seat in the transport car, I was the first one to get in. The driver told me to get out of the car because the other person had an appointment. So I got out. I decided to forget waiting for him to get back. So I ended up walking to work. It is just under 2 miles. As a cancer patient it was a challenge. My time is as important as the other rider, which they had to wait for her to get in the transport car. If it wasn’t for the great service I received from Mike. I might consider taking my business to Bob Thomas where I take my wife’s car. A bit disappointed in the attitude of the driver.

John was very nice and apologetic about me having to reschedule due to parts not being in. It wasn’t his fault. He remembered me when I returned and my car was finished an hour before the scheduled time. Very happy !
My truck is still not fixed :( 4 months to get a stick chip guard done
