Very professional and the best waiting area in the USA.
The service man left a tool in my car and left the passenger front seat in full recline position. I will return the tool when I come to Fort Wayne in the next couple of weeks
John's service was great. My dissatisfaction is with scheduling. The morning was extremely overbooked. It was 2 hours for just an oil change. After my car was checked in, I went to the waiting area and it was packed with customers. Obviously,too many cars were booked for the service personnel working. I don't expect to wait longer than 1 hour when the car is only scheduled for an oil change with no issues. Thank you for the opportunity to share my frustration. Cheryl
Great job they lost power as soon as I pulled in practically on Monday but they were able to squeeze me in two days later on Wednesday while the computers were down! Excellent job!!!

The windshield solution wasn’t filled. This feels like the most basic part of vehicle service.

After scheduling appointment for Toyota care maintenance and getting checked in
Service manager informed me that my Toyota care had expired 2 weeks ago and the charge was going to be $200
I requested that he
waive the charge due to such a close expiration date, and the fact that I was never advised that it was about to expire. I could’ve easily scheduled it two weeks earlier if I had known.
He refused and tried to upsell me on another service contract, which I declined
Extremely disappointed and will be searching out other dealers to do the service on the tundra
The service was done in much less time than predicted which I am grateful for. The serviceman was very cordial & pleasant.

The service was fast but I have no idea about what was checked. Were my fluids ok, were all the lights working, were there any leaks detected, how much brake pads were left? Was there any play in the wheels indicating lose bearings? And on and on. I thought this was going to be a complete check up.

My car was finished with service I saw it in parking lot, but when I went back nobody was at the desk. It was ready but I was still sitting waiting for a a simple new car 5000 Mike check.
