Yes I was very happy with my experience at fort Wayne Toyota especially since I didn't have an appointment I just arrived they were able to get me in get my truck looked at all changed filter change everything squared away within a timely manner I wasn't waiting forever and all the Ryan was very helpful and patient with me take my information and whatnot and everybody else there was very professional too I appreciate it and I look forward to having more business with Toyota

John was very thorough and did a great job on my car. My car was serviced in a timely manner which I appreciated.
3 hours is a little excessive for a tire repair. I didn’t receive the inspection report until 2 hours after I had left, so 5 hours after the appointment time. So I wasn’t able to approve or deny any further action. There was no communication. I didn’t receive the survey text until 7pm, which was like 10 hours after the appointment time.
Two hours to wait for a simple oil change is ridiculous. Let alone the cost of $132.86. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to Evans for Service.

I have yet to recieve my report. It was not sent to me. I called and asked for it to be sent and was told it would be. It still has not arrived.

Came in initially for a oil change. ended up getting a oil change & tire alignment package offered by Toyota as well as a tire patch. When i got my car back, I noticed 1 tire different than the other 3, 2 of my tire caps were different than the other ones (the lime green caps for nitrogen filled tires) & the NEXT day morning, i got 2 flat tires to the point where i had to put the spare on. Called Toyota and asked if tires were rotated for alignment. Tech on the phone said that they are two different services and that the tire that i needed patched was rotated to the front right. Confused because I was told I just needed an alignment, not a rotation? Took my car to a tire shop and showed them the tire that was low again, right after getting it “patched”and they said that the tread on the tire is to low for any repairs. and I would need a new tire. So I called Toyota and told them that it may have been a failed repair because the “patched” tire is low again. Tech then blamed the inconvenience on construction and bad streets in fort wayne. I’m disappointed and very dissatisfied with Toyota. Especially when I’m buying a 30k vehicle off your lot and then you just price gauge money instead of fixing the vehicle. I want a refund of the deal that i got which was 3 oil changes and 5 alignments? but the tech on the phone said that i could not be refunded. so say all that to say, i went in for a $70 oil change, ended up paying about $500 with the maintenance program and repair… just to turn around a couple days later to all of a sudden have to replace 4 tires. another $500 later. and when I called toyota for any fix or tires, they said they would charge me for another repair in that tire if found different from previous patch and any new tires would be 5-700$. Not satisfied at all with the customer service.
