I sat for almost 2 hrs for them to do maintenance on my fuel tank for 35,000 miles.Took way to long. Then they told me I need new tires on a 2 yr old vehicle? Which made absolutely no sense. Pretty much quoted me for $1,000 for tires and $65 for a new cabin filter which I can replace myself for $12.Not happy at all.
He took great care of me and my car.
Good for another 80,000 miles.

I took my camera in because the check engine light came on. I was charged $180 and it was only the gas cap not tight. I was very disappointed that I was charged the full price for this service as a loyal customer to Evans, I have taken my two vehicles to Evans for all oil changes, Service, and tires. My daughter family has four Toyotas. I often recommend Evans to potential customers. I have no problem with the service technician, only disappointed in the excessive charge.

Good job with customer service and car service
Everything was great and I was taken good care of. I do however have a concern about the Ravs alignment. There was a alignment done it's first 10,000 mile service and today I was told my rav4 was out of alignment? I have never EVER had such a experience with any other vehicle I have owned. And I have no information on how far out of alignment my rav4 was and the corrections made on my billing statement. Really bizarre and kinda makes me wonder if it really was out of alignment or that a issue with the suspension components is being overlooked. Maybe someone can investigate that for me so I am not being charged $155 for a alignment every 5-10,000 miles!
