Valve stem cap missing from my front left tire. 2 hours for an oil change. I called previously to ask if parts were in for the door jam piece that is warped, I was told they were in, scheduled the appointment, parts were not there when I arrived. I asked to not have my tires rotated as it’s part of the 20k service but I didn’t want them rotated. I don’t see it anywhere on the RO where notes were made for this. I need confirmation my tires were not rotated.

We had brought our Toyota Highlander in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When we came back to pick up our vehicle I noticed that my tires had not been rotated. I had gotten into paint a couple days before so I knew exactly where my tires were placed on my car. They took the time to look at the video but could not verify that the tires were actually rotated. I was assured that the person who worked on my vehicle was honest. However, that did not change the fact that my tires have not been rotated. I am wondering if the alignment that we were told that we needed at 14,000 miles was even done? We have had multiple situations since the purchase of this car where the true has not been told. With our experience with your dealership, I would not purchase another vehicle from you or recommend your service to friends or family. As a first-time Toyota owner, this has been very disheartening.
John was so supportive and immediately helped me with my unexpected tire pressure. He also did my maintenance that was due in NC to ensure I got home safely as I had an 11 hour ride ahead of me! I will be forever grateful! Great service!
