John always takes great care of me when I bring my car in for service.
We were there for about 2 hours and they wanted to charge us $60 dollars to clean a battery cable. I thought it was outrageous my battery was still under warranty.
They were able to finish work on my vehicle sooner than expected.
It took 3 hours to do tire rotation, fix a nail in tire, and change a battery in a key fob when it was estimated at an hour and a half
It was virtually impossible to get a response from service. Phone calls were unanswered, messages were not responded to, and information via text was few and far between. The receptionist (whoever answered the initial calls)was very helpful and made some suggestions but service was awful.
That being said, the work was done adequately.
We’ve been Evans Toyota customers since 1986….based largely on the quality of the product and the excellence of the service department. But things have changed since the days of Mark Rossi. We’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
Kay is professional yet friendly and very helpful.Sheanswered all my questions promptly. It was a quick oil change and tire rotation.
