You didn't top off my windshield fluid completely. I had to put 3/4 of gallon of windshield fluid in when I got home.

I called in to schedule my appointment to get recalls addressed and informed service person that I have a bumper sensor on my back passenger side bumper that had fallen into the bumper. My appointment was at 9:00 about 11:30 I was informed that the sensor would be $437’ish in cost, I ok’ed service and they told me it would be 2-3 hours. Then at 12:30 i was informed that they did not have the needed part (foam sticker?) and was told I would need to make yet another appointment. I feel my time was not valued when I clearly stated what the issue was when I made my appointment.
John is the single reason I've taken every single vehicle I own to Evans. No one else is allowed to touch my vehicle there. Ive recommended him to numerous persons.

How in the year 2025 does someone have to wait for replacement parts for 90+ days? The customer service rendered to me was subpar at best until John Geiger was appt to my case a coupe weeks ago. John was a vast improvement from what I was given prior!! Prior to John, my phone calls/voicemails were not answered, forcing me to drive 1 hour to personally get my updates on my vehicle. I love the Toyota products, but this visit was a nightmare!!!!
