Good service in an emergency
Took a little longer than I was told it would take to finish the sevice work,but overall I was satisfied.

Very professional, from start to finish and all through the service process.
I brought the car in for oil change and to see why my driver side window would not go up when down. It happened once, we got it up and I never even tried to put it down again.
All windows were up when I came.
I declined the repair which couldn’t be done today anyway and when I went out to the car, the window (which had been up when I arrived) was down. I did not even try the window, I immediately went back in and the gentleman at the desk got it fixed, he and John were great, but whoever thought it was a good idea to expect me to drive the car home in worse shape than it was when I brought it in…
I don’t want to cost anyone a job but I think they need to consider some things before they just say “done” and walk away. They had no idea how far I might have had to drive with the window open and rain was expected.
Love John kindness, and willing to help one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Second time today brought my car in to fix the alignment. My car was fine and service rep suggested an alignment. First steering wheel was towards right of the center and now after second visit it's left of the center.
David provided excellent customer service. We appreciate the ease of service from him.
My service advisor was great. Problem isnt with him. Shop took a little longer to perform my service than it should have. Also found greasy smudges on the interior of my driver door. 8/10 service.
Took too long for an oil change and tire rotation.
Kay was helpful, respectful and professional. I appreciate the help provided to correct the issue with my truck due to recall work.
My husband stayed with the car at dealership. I got the inspection report but at work. No one said anything that the engine filter needed immediate attention to be changed. My husband would have okayed it if asked at checkout or they also knew he was staying in waiting room. So now we’ll need to make a second trip.
