I had an excellent experience working with John to resolve my vehicle issues. He listened to my concerns and collaborated with the master technician to accurately diagnose the problem. Everything was good. I did have to wait with another customer for some one to check in my vehicle. It wasn't that long but unusual for my typical Toyota service.

David did a great job of keeping me informed, and the lunch was delicious, but after spending more than six hours there, I still need to return to have the repairs completed. Evans Toyota has been my preferred auto dealer for 30 years, and I will remain a loyal customer.

Ryan was kind trying to fit my car into the schedule that day, because I thought I had an appointment. It turns out, that I actually had an appointment with a different dealership. Right up to telling me that the part I thought was at Evans Toyota, was somewhere else. He continued being kind, and helpful to me. He is an angel for sure! Today was another prime example of the excellent service that I received from Evans Toyota and specifically John Geiger! I had a situation and he went far beyond the call of duty to help me through the technicalities…! When your dealership considers price matching as a coupon and not allow me use your own coupons is NOT right. Price matching means you didn’t price your service correctly. You did not do me a service because I could’ve gone to Fort Wayne dealership and paid the same amount. In fact, I did Fort Wayne Toyota wrong by not going there. How did I benefit by price matching? This what I told your agent and he had no answer. Thanks!

Overall, my experience was good but had 2 things that need noted: 1) I requested use of a service discount coupon when dropping off my car but this discount was not reflected on my bill. The associate (not the same one from my dropoff) fixed the problem and issued me a refund. 2) On my way home from my service appointment, my low tire pressure sensor came on. Since I was on my way to another appointment, I could not return to your service department. Therefore, I will attempt to resolve this issue myself but may have to make another trip to your service department.
