David. Service Advisor was very helpful having my tire problem corrected. He kept me informed on the cause and fix. Also, helped to show the operation of some features on the car that I had questions about.

I brought my RAV4 in because the tire pressure light was on and would not shut off after tires were at pressure. A diagnostic test showed one tire pressure sensor needed to be replaced. I was quoted $575.84! I refused the work and paid the $185 diagnostic fee. I called Costco who replaced the sensor and reprogrammed the warning light and was charged $64.
