Rude and dismissive response to follow up question

I have a rattle in the door. Was there 2 hours and was told there was no rattle. As soon as I left I heard the rattle.
Excellent job. Small work and they didn’t even charge although they have to do paperwork. Very satisfied.
Matt communicated very well regarding that my service vehicle needed. He also let me know the item discovered in the initial inspection - front wheel alignment that needed attention.
I did not received the quote requested to replace the catalytic units not I received the report of the inspection sheet that tell me the actual overall results of the car

John quickly checked me in, unsold me on a few additional service items in a very professional manner (I have a service agreement, but he still managed to talk me into additional work). He represents Evan's service team very well. Hang on to him!
Payed for an alignment that they didn’t end up doing. During which they found a seal leak. When I came back for the link I seen they didn’t do the alignment I paid for, really nothing said about that when I said something. “They fixed” the link then the next day my 4Runner started over heating bad. Had to be towed in. Where they told me the “clipped” the radiator. Some how no one seen the massive link. I drove the car many miles like this. After I picked it up from that. Coolant level was low. Super unhappy with service. Nothing was offered to make anything right. I asked for pictures and video to ensure there was no engine damage or of work they did. Nothing was sent or shown to me. I will never come back to Evens Toyota.
I truly appreciate the coordination ensuring my car could be serviced as soon as the tow truck arrived on the lot. John suggested we get through oil change done while it was in the shop. Now I am set through the winter. John was terrific. Thank you, Cheryl

John always sees that things are in order. But today something happened that he apparently didn’t catch. I have no heat. Thought it was odd that the heat was turned up to max when I started home, so I turned it back to 68 degrees where I keep it. It was working better than fine on the way in to Fort Wayne for my service appointment. Now it just blows cold. If someone had to turn it up to max….why wasn’t I informed before I left?
Ryan was very good with me today. I thank him for not pushing anything that I didn’t want done to my car. I was very satisfied today.
