I find it hard to believe that it takes so long yo balance my tires and take care of a recall. What is the point of appointment if they don’t get to my car right away.

The team seemed different. Lots of new faces, I had not worked with them before. When I came into the garage I was not greeted. I had to go to the desk and be the first one to greet the team to get their attention. I chose a random podium that was closest to me, I do not remember the name of the person that helped me. They told me I could get a loaner vehicle on the phone, that was not true, they then told me the shuttle would get me but they didn’t know where it was. They asked for my phone number and said they would notify me. I dropped my car off at noon. Around 2 with no notification both on status of the vehicle or shuttle I got picked up by my husband. After waiting at home for another few hours I called back to check in and they said “oh your vehicle is ready” I had gotten no notification. It had been 4.5 hours with no update. I then got dropped back off by my husband at the dealership and the gentleman who helped me (curly red hair) was VERY nice and helpful. The team had to remove a part from my car and when I asked if I should be concerned or if it was something to worry about one of the guys at the desk looked at me as if I was a complete idiot. I know nothing about cars. I am paying Evans Toyota to know about cars and inform me well. I didn’t appreciate the lack of care during this visit. My usual experience is nothing to write home about. It is usually smooth and makes me feel valued, the advisor used to greet me at my car, they used to text me updates during the visit, the quality of service used to be different.

I appreciated the service and the work done but I never received a text or call informing me my vehicle was ready so not sure how much extra I waited since I waited 2.5 hours for the notification before going to the service desk to find out my car had been ready. Other than that small hiccup it was good

I was welcomed warmly even though it was at the end of a long day. Explanations were clear and helpful. Costs were confirmed. And all with attention to detail and my comfort. Outstanding service! Then, well beyond my expectations, my car was serviced quickly. That was especially appreciated during this busy holiday season. Huge thanks for having such effective employees!

My car was out of alignment so guess and I wish I would known that when they had the car they n the back I would’ve had them fix it. The guys were very helpful at the service desk. John was great.

I have been a customer at Evans Toyota for 18 years. Over the years I have had mostly good experiences, but did have a couple of bad experiences. Ryan is one of the good ones. He is professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I ask two different ways if what I brought for was ok or corrected when they called it was done. They never answered that question. Directed my question to something else they did that I did not know they were going to do and did not give permission for it.

Communication was poor. Texted Ryan on Thursday with no response. Left a voicemail on Monday with no response. Eventually he told me the part was running a longer lead time, but it was already there after a manger looked into. Ryan wasn’t empowered to make decisions and had to say he’d check with his manager several times.

The rep who signed me in and helped me (David I think) with my car was very helpful and professional. The tech that worked on my car fixed a setup problem that was vey nice as well. The coffee and waiting area was nice too! Thanks!
