Service on vehicle was satisfactory. My car was parked 3 row back in ice, snow and slush which is dangerous for your elderly customers which you waiting room was filled with elderly customers. Not everyone’s vehicle is finished at the same time therefore for safety, the car could be left by the exit door for the few minutes it takes to checkout.

This was my first time there for service. It took almost 3 hours and I finally went out to check the status . It was outside and done and I suspect for awhile with no word. I was told that nothing was found wrong. I asked what if my car did the same thing on the way home and was told to bring it back . I said I did not really want to wait 2+ hours again to assess the car. I was told that I could get right in. That seems unlikely since I had an appointment at 11am. I understand being busy especially on a Monday. This was not the best experience for having purchased a brand new car on 11/28.

John Geiger has been great every time I have had any dealings with him since I first bought my RAV for in February of 2024. He is extremely nice and he is very attentive to what my vehicle is needing now and upcoming in the future.

Found a plastic piece in my cup holder that belonged over my sun visor. Car was dirty on the door sills. Made the service advisor come clean it. My car was clean when I took it in for service I expect it to be clean when I pick it up. The belongings in my trunk were not put back after the technician worked on my vehicle.
