My check engine light has come back on, while I'd think there is a warranty on the part, I'm unsure if there is any on service. Spending 200 dollars on diagnostics, and 500 on parts and service, only to have the CEL light come back on less than 24 hours later is disappointing.
I had a great experience coming in for service. David was very helpful from start to finish and made the whole process easy. He took the time to explain what was being done and answered my questions clearly, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly and my car was ready when promised. Overall it was a pleasant and stress free visit, and I would definitely come back and work with them again.

Jim says the service took longer than it should have for an oil change and rotation from start to finish. He was there from 10:40 until after 1pm. I asked for a time when we could get in/out quickly.
Over the past three years I’ve had EXCELLENT service, I could not have been happier or trusted the service techs more at your location. I come regularly when the maintenance is suggested. When I called to schedule the woman said I needed tire rotation and would check the fluids, a 45 -60 minute service. I planned accordingly. Upon arrival yesterday, Mark presented unmotivated to help, did not know why I was there and acted as if I did not either. I repeated what had been told to me on the phone when I made an appointment. He then told me I had a number of things that needed done as he slowly scrolled. I have trusted Toyota and so I agreed. Even though he appeared unaware of why I was even there. He said 1-1.5 hours. Over 2 hours later he had not responded to the text I had about service time when it was over 1.5 hours. I went out to the service desk and he said, I’ll come get you when it’s done. Which never happened. The final time I went out he was still sitting at the desk as he had been the entire time. He then after 2 hours and 15 minutes said, “oh it’s done.” His demeanor was unmotivated, appeared uninformed when I asked questions, and handed the wrong paperwork. I work in customer service as well and know there are a number of things taking place for people, perhaps that’s Mark’s story. In the future I’d appreciate more communication on the front end of what needs to be done when a call is made if regular service items need to be done so I can plan accordingly financially and with time. $390 dollars is much more than a tire rotation. I’d also suggest Mark receives some training on communicating information as the expert not just trying to upsell product/services. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

Great service thanks for the shuttle ride
I was told I will be charged only for labor as parts were covered under warranty. But was charged for parts. Also brake inspection charge 45 usd was not deducted from the bill. Had to wait a lot . Multiple visits to desk to finalise the bill. Poor and misleading service
