On 12/29/25 Ryan Dishong gave me a written quote for “retail and installation,” plus tax, for three new tires at a price of $1,270.57. However, the total I was charged today for the tires, installation, and tax was $1,371.05. I was told the higher fee was because they needed to align the tires. I thought the alignment fee was already included in the quoted price that referred to “retail and installation.”

No one kept me updated on the progress of the service of my vehicle. The appointment took 3 hours longer than the initial estimate. I was not informed of the additional time. Additional parts were required as well and again I was not ask about the parts or informed about the parts being needed to repair the vehicle. There was a large lack of communication.

I had Evans replace my transmission in 2023 and it had less than 20,000 when it failed. For that reason I’m disappointed over all with your overall service. The transmission is as from LKQ and maybe that had something to do with it. It was listed as “used” on my last invoice so maybe that was the reason. I do appreciate the service manager John working with me on the price of this second transmission repair. I like having the text function to communicate however I didn’t get a response to the messages I sent. The service staff were very kind and professional. I just wish I didn’t have to replace a two year old transmission.

Excellent service. He went above and beyond to show me how to operate my EPS parking brake. He worked my Toyota Camry in early the next morning on 12/27/25 to try and get maintenance done early
