Good afternoon, I wanted to let you know that they didn't change the oil in my car, even though you gave me a paperwork stating that they did. They only did the alignment. I'll bring it back tomorrow for the oil change because my car urgently needs it.

1. They didn't get the right part for the repair work. They changed some filters and charged us $265 and parts were $99 and shop supplies were $38.00. What are shop supplies? Total cost $409.00.

I had an axel seal replaced due to it leaking. I looked under the vehicle after I got home and saw it was filthy. I cleaned the area and notice it is still leaking.
