I was told that if the problem was the battery we would not need the $180 inspection, nevertheless we were charged the $180 inspection. If nothing happens and the car is dead,the first thing to check is the battery. Do you really need our money that much? After 2 other shops looking at our truck the team at Evans was able to take care of our issues. The communication was impeccable and we always knew what was going on with our vehicle. You guys took great care of it and repairing our concerns. Thank you! Also, our insurance appraiser gave the entire team high praises starting he doesn't usually like having to deal with most dealerships but that this was a top notch crew. He told us we definitely picked the perfect place to work on our truck and gave us details of the extreme detail and care that he saw being taken. He also noted how impressed he was with the planning for what they may run into during the repairs and that our tech was extremely knowledgeable and that we should try requesting him again if we ever need to come back. I took my car in for a diagnostic and they found the problem with my rear hatch door. Made an appointment to come back because they had to order the parts. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes and the car did not get fixed because they had the wrong part. So I had to come back. I just would make a suggestion that they check the parts when they come in to make sure it is what they need. Three visits in 10 days.
The service that I had performed was completed in a timely manne.
Thought the pricing was high, I’m not from this state and realize rates are probably different. My service manager was very nice

We have had our rear hatch door looked at a couple times before they finally decided that the struts were bad. I will be taking our highlander back for a third time and then the struts will be put on. The first time the service department looked at the rear hatch they thought the struts could possibly be bad. So when I took it back the second time I would have thought they would have had new struts on hand to change out. We live over an hour away which is a lot of back and forth for us for what I’m thinking is a minor problem.
