$6700 for a replacement infotainment center for a car that is only 6yrs old seems a little excessive. The radio gave out not due to any operator error. Was completely shocked and upset at the cost of replacing that on what I was always told is one of the most reliable brands of cars on the market.
Kay did a great job in understanding my specific needs for my 2015 Tacoma and got the job done as is consistent with all of the excellent service Evans Toyota has provided from the original purchase in 2015 to now in 2026...thanks.
