Saturday January 24th, 2026 5:49 AM John was a pleasure to work with. He and the team delivered everything we requested, and more importantly, everything we needed. It has been over a week since we picked up the Highlander. We are happy with the results. My wife also indicated John was a great help when she dropped off the vehicle. I was working in Texas when I contacted John. He coordinated everything and my wife dropped it off without issue. He and your team facilitated everything and kept us aware of the ongoing results and anything new that popped up. These additional items, which weren't large issues, were to be expected. Uncomfortable with needing a front end alignment based on driving through your door. Won't happen again. Both tires seldom ever show same issue...if pot holes are a problem then one side will be out, not both evenly. Sure would like to know what adjustments were required but thinking they were both set that way. Absolutely no difference in handling.

Ryan did a great job. He tried a couple to do a couple of things to solve the problem. Explained what your techs going do. Explained the initial costs. I followed up the next day and was kept in the loop until my 4Runner was finished. Ryan is a valuable employee.
