As usual, we were well-treated, and our service was done in a timely, courteous manner. Thank you!
The work completed was good. I was given an "estimate quote" but when I came in to pay it was $200 more than quoted. I understand it was an estimate but that wasn't even close. I bought this new vehicle less than a month ago and wanted a few things added on. My fault for not negotiating a reduced price for these items or at least the installation. Anyway paying almost 70k for a new vehicle should have come with some considerations on a few Updates. I even had to order the items on-line because Toyota gave me a better price than your parts department could get. Not a good system for new car buyers.
All well done. Thank you.
I love Evans Toyota and I always feel cared for, questions answered, and my car comes back to me in better shape than I brought it in.
John Geiger always goes above and beyond to help me. He is one of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer
Kay Flotis Was great as per usual
I’ll be completely honest I like the Toyota trucks and SUVs but it feels like your always on the defensive dealing with service at Evens Toyota from the 180.00 charge upfront called diagnostics charge the just in case someone did something wrong to getting a bill for over 1,000.00 and me knowing the warranty is going to cover this ! Listen when you guys charged me for a cracked mirror on my daughters Tacoma and me knowing it was do to the winter weather and there was zero evidence of it being hit or anything I knew it was always going to be a battle there and nothing has changed! Wonderful people in service and all and technicians always positive but your always on the defensive when it comes billing time !!!! And that same Trunda that’s being worked on has had a broken radio knob on back order for ever and the only thing that will come out of it will be when I buy it on line and just forget about it so honestly if I have to keep dealing with Toyota on service like it’s been I’ll just simply go back to the Chevy dealership in Kendallville and just buy worse junk than the Trunda has been so in my opinion I completely disagree with your decisions on changing people 180.00 upfront and 35.00 for supplies and then getting a bill over 1000.00 on line and then asking for a call and then all the sudden it all changes back to no bill other than the 299.00 that you signed up for on oil changes I’ll probably stop buying Toyotas and stay in Kendallville at least it’s easier to deal with the service department and not the nonsense! To end this response I know we’re in Fortwayne and you probably have to deal with a lot nonsense and all but that doesn’t mean everyone should be treated like your on the defense I think I have bought 7 new trucks there and SUVs but I’m pretty much certain unless there’s a change I’ll probably stay in Kendallville and buy a Ford or a Chevy where people appreciate my business and my investment in my community and I’m not mad every time I have to deal with Toyota service department it’s not worth the headache!
Everything was perfect but it took 3hrs so that could be improve. Having to wait 3hrs on a weekday is a long time.
Everything we have an appointment for just a tire rotation, we don't understand why it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. We understand they check everything but it just seems excessive.
Kay takes his job seriously and works diligently to.answer my questions so I am able to make appropriate decisions on what maintenance is best for my Tacoma.
David did an excellent job servicing my Toyota Camry.
I came in for an alignment and so far the car drives straight. I will continue to monitor the driveability before I know if it was a job well done. If anything comes loose or if my tires start to wear badly before they should then I would change my mind. Thank you. Andy
The gentleman who checked me in was polite and respectful.
I always receive prompt and professional service when dealing with Evans Toyota. John Geiger is always professional and attentive towards his customers. Customers are kept in the loop as it relates to progress and suggesting additional services that may be necessary to keep their vehicle working at top quality level.
Prepaid oil service every 5000 miles was only given every 10000. Customer service should have informed me long before 35000 miles. VERY Disappointed
You didn't fix the problem, you only made excuses. Try listening to your customers.
