I know things can happen with road conditions and so forth, I got an alignment from you guys 6000 miles ago and your little scanner said my car car was out of alignment this time. After I got the alignment, I really wanted to drive through and see what your scanner said because there’s that just a little bit of lack of trust there from other situations with your service department, In regards to my 2009 (other) Highlander and then the ridiculous quote of $53 to replace my rear wiper blade is just unreal. I love Toyotas. We’ve been driving Toyotas for 30+ years, but I’m really disappointed in both of the Fort Wayne Toyota dealerships. I’m waiting for one to step up and be better than the other in terms of competency and trust. That’s real feedback.
Yesterday John did a great job on keeping me informed on the fixing of my car. He took me home after the shuttle man left for the day. He even stopped at McDonalds for me so I could get something to eat. He called me this morning when my car was fixed and had the shuttle man come and pick me up, so I could come back to get my car. On Tuesday I went to another place to get my oil changed and they told me all that was wrong with my car. I came right after to Evans Toyota to get a 2nd opinion. John took care of me through the whole process. I will always come back to Evans Toyota! Thank you for taking care of your customers!
