I was expecting to only get an estimate, but Mat checked and the part was available! It was great to get everything done today. I also left my favorite cup at the desk and when I stopped by 3 hours later, it was waiting for me.

I cannot express my appreciation enough… David went far beyond to assist me with my concerns on my vehicle today. The service department, Josh, made sure that my vehicle was taken care of in a very quick and thorough manner.

John did a great job but I brought my car in without a call about part not there. Then took a few days before it did. We were short a car longer than we needed to. Again John did a great job and made things right.

John and John and I waged a war against a still unsolvable idle problem. Though I wish we could have solved the problem (thought we were close), I am pleased with the effort and the teamwork from these guys. If/when I do find the answer to this problem, John and John will be the first people I let know. Every problem has a solution :) Thanks for the effort! And thanks for treating the car, which is likely too sentimental to my family, with care. Most people would not do so.
