You gave me the wrong estimated time. Said it would take one hour and 45 minutes. It actually took almost 3 hours. Wasn’t expecting to have a 30,000 Mile maintenance done. Only an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived. Had other plans that I thought I could still do, if it only took the promised. Those were ruined by the incorrect estimate. Then I also had the $400 + bill on top. Bummer !
The shuttle service could use some improvements. I was told to wait in the waiting area but no one came by nor said anything to me. After 20 minutes I had to re-ask what was going on. I was told it would just be a minute and to wait by van. This was another 10 minutes of waiting around with no idea if anyone would actually come out. Better communication and time estimates on shuttle are needed.
This is the third service in a row where I have been quoted 2 hours or less and actually spent 4 hours at the dealership. The service is great and I'm always very satisfied on that score but i would either like an honest estimate or a faster service. I have contemplated going elsewhere if this happens again.

It may be my fault because I left the truck with you during vacation with specific instructions to what I wanted done and looked at. When I returned the rattle was never looked at. Simple things like clock wasn’t reset after battery disconnect. It wasn’t a big deal but I certainly wasn’t completely satisfied and would not have said anything but since you asked…

Oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hrs. The text I received said I could check the status of my vehicle in real time but it never changed from arrived the entire time. I texted him at the hour and a half mark to see if it was accurate and he never responded. I texted him 15 min later and also no response. I think he forgot about me because 5 min after the second text he sent the inspection report and finally came to get me. If I knew it would be a lot longer than the hour and 15 min I would’ve dropped off my van.
