Someone left my spare tire tool bag open in the back of my 4Runner and failed to return the McGuard wheel lock tool when they rotated my tires. One of the service writers is trying to locate it for me. Right now I am driving around with no way to change a tire if I have a flat.

Jacob did his job well and understood what I told him was going on with the car. Everything was taken care of in even less time than he estimated. The young man who checked me out was very thorough also. In fact, when I asked him if all 4 doors were checked for clogged drain plugs he took the extra time to go back to check with the service tech to ask. I was pleased to know that the tech did check all four doors for problem drain plugs. Thank you Evans Toyota!
