You perform a multi point inspection and leave items unchecked. No mention of whether you you checked the tire pressure or set it to specs. Looks to that you don’t perform what you advertise..

The service was excellent from the time we registered at the take in desk, where the Evans representative exhibited utmost professionalism in analyzing my needs and applying Toyota benefits to resolve my issues. Then upon entering the customer waiting area, I had a complimentary cold drink on a very hot day, and enjoyed viewing the ESPN channel instead of the usual building channel. The actual work done by the mechanic was completed exceedingly fast and done well. Kudos to Evans Toyota !

Over all nothing was done, it was known that I had an aftermarket stereo and after having my car for 3 hours I get a message saying they wanted to charge me 640 to take that one out and put in the OEM one (I happened to have it). Why didn't they tell me up front they couldn't do anything with my aftermarket stereo? And what if I didn't just so happen to have my Factory stereo? I paid $160 for an electrical diagnostic and im seriously doubting that even happened. The service guys where nice, but this doesn't sit well with me. Waste of my time and money.
