I was not happy one bit. I was told on the phone when I had my oil change and tire rotation that I still had a free service when I bought the car. Then when I went in they told me that it expired and just for what I wanted done was insanely expensive. I just had the service done since I was already there but I won't be back for basic services.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, headlamp and possible break job. I was told that I’d be updated shortly about the findings so I stayed in the waiting area for two hours before getting an update. I then agreed to have my front breaks repaired. I was told on my previous visit that it should take about 1.5 hrs but Justin didn’t say how long it would be. So I ventured over to the antique mall. Then I waited in your lobby for a while and when two hours had passed, I walked into the garage where I was told he was just handed my keys. Communication wasn’t good today and it usually is.
