Overcharged a little over $3.00. Did the math as I was backing out of the dealership. Was too much in a hurry to pick up my kids that I let it go. Next time I’ll be doing the math as I pay to make sure I’m paying the RIGHT price.
Very dissatisfied that I got ripped off. Three dollars or 300 dollars, either way it is still wrong!

Usually when they are finished with the work a person will come and get me and explain what’s been done and what’s been found. No one came to get me, and no one explained what was going on with my car. I saw their text late since my phone was charging and when I checked out that’s all I did. They handed me a paper and said I was good to go, no explanation nothing.
