Honestly, I have been disappointed by the lack of friendly and helpful service at Evans for the past year or more. Last week was no better. I was in for a routine maintenance but was not connected with a particular service advisor who knew me or shared much with me about what needed to be done. After waiting longer than projected, I finally came out to the service dept where another advisor checked me out since me car was finished but I had not been informed. Again. not much information. But the follow up report listed three "issues" which were not mentioned or explained to me. I have been an Evans customer for many years but am getting very disenchanted.

Samuel provides excellent customer service. He always keeps me informed of the progress of repairs and makes appropriate suggestions regarding any additional items that the mechanics have observed. I appreciate his thoroughness and understanding of how I want my car taken care of and that I am retired and have income limits.
