John has always been excellent with communication and promptness to update me with what is going on with my vehicle. He always gets back to me in a timely manner when needing to make an appointment for one of our vehicles. I have recommended friends and family members to Evans because of John.

He’s a nice guy. He listened. He got the info I requested. He is detail oriented. He made sure that not only my concerns for that day were addressed but he also mapped out what I will need in the future and the costs.
I hate spending money on my older car unexpectedly! But he makes it less painful by doing the extra work to prepare me for what’s coming to keep my car safe and running. This old lady really appreciates that and feels safer when I hit the road!

The man sitting closest to the ramp wearing a red shirt I found rude. When I asked questions he acted like I was bothering him.
I would really like to talk to someone about my recent experience in getting a a paint job on my 2014 Toyota Camry under a factory warranty. I was told it would take a week to 10 days but it turned out to be 5 1/2 weeks and the driver’s side engine splash guard underneath was missing.
Everyone did a great job!

I do have one suggestion - the "next service" sticker could be more clear. Sam explained that the sticker indicates the next service time/mileage, however the sticker looks like it refers to the next oil change. Suggest the sticker be changed to say "next service", and remove the Valvoline logo and oil type. .
Courteous, efficient, thorough service.
My husband checked into the service desk and noticed some comments to another customer that weren’t very kind, he even stated “rude.” The service rep appeared to not want to be present and, although off-putting to the other customer, was not rude to my husband.
He worked fast and efficient and was nice to me. I'm sure Saturdays are a busy time but maybe you could get some extra help for him, he was non-stop moving when I checked in and checked out. Answering calls, waiting in customers and checking in and out the cars. Seemed a little overwhelming. I worked at a place that was overworked and just trying to look out for someone.
