I was not at the appointment. My wife was. I often do the maintenance on our vehicles but this our first Toyota. I am sure your prices for parts may be higher but for an oil change tire rotation and a couple bulps and I think the bill was around $250. I an not one to complain I was just not planning on coming back but since you asked me to do the survey I thought I would be honest.
In California and in Arizona when we went to the Toyota dealership for service our car would be returned to us washed. Otherwise it was satisfactory
I had an appointment for 11. It was after 1230 when I got out of there.
I missed 2 hours of work as a result. Otherwise it was good. I personally would prefer prompt service vs. several texts and confirmation calls prior to the service.

You need to hire more John Geiger’s and then you’ll be the best dealership in the town because your Highlander was and is the best SUV.
John is the very best and the main reason I come to Evans for service on my Chevy as well as my Toyota.
John went above and beyond, even after the service was completed on my Toyota Prius C. He was able to walk through the vehicle and point out things that needed to be fixed in order for the car to drive safely.
