No, I was not happy with my service experience at Evans Toyota. It took over three hours to change my oil and a life by vehicle. When I ask the first time why it was taking so long they said the technician was working on it. The second time, I ask why it was taking so long. He said the technician had gone to lunch. I had a loud two hours for the oil change. Consequently, I missed other appointments because the length of the service. I have visited Evans Toyota for the last time. David L
